Boulevard of Bicycling Dreams

Starting line and drum line converge at Hyde Park’s Midway Plaisance in September as the Chicagoland Bicycle Federation hosts the 17th Annual Boulevard Lakefront Tour. More than 2,200 rode the 10-, 35- and 62-mile courses through Chicago’s “Emerald Necklace,” and back to the festival grounds where Devil in a Woodpile and Schiller School Drum Corp (above) entertained.
