Glimpse the grandeur of Chicago’s Gilded Age in the elegant Prairie Avenue District.

Pedal through historic Bronzeville, where African Americans like Louis Armstrong and Ida B. Wells settled during the Great Northern Migration.

Soak up the vibrant colors and aromas of the Garfield Park Conservatory

The Chicagoland Bicycle Federation’s Boulevard Lakefront Tour 2007 takes you to these destinations along the City’s Emerald Necklace — the extensive boulevard system that connects Chicago’s beautiful parks and green space.

Choose a 15-, 35- or 62-mile route through the City. Enjoy the sparkling Lakefront as you ride with friends and family.

A post-ride festival and picnic, featuring one-of-a-kind punk marching band Mucca Pazza, at the Midway Plaisance (near the Museum of Science and Industry) is the perfect end to a fun and relaxing day.

Registration includes a choice of three routes, event T-shirt, picnic lunch and festival after the ride.

Learn more or register at www.boulevardtour.org or call the Chicagoland Bicycle Federation at 312-427-3325, ext. 251.
