‘Share the Road’ vehicle sticker art contest kicks off

City Clerk del Valle's Vehicle Sticker Art Contest to design next year's sticker is now under way for Chicago high school students.

The theme for the 2008-2009 stickers will be "Share The Road."
The artwork will appear on approximately 1.3 million automobiles beginning in June 2008.

All Chicago students in grades 9-12 are invited to submit artwork highlighting the City of Chicago's efforts to make Chicago's roads safer for travel.

The student winner will receive a $1,000 savings bond from City Clerk Miguel del Valle. More information is available at
