Our vision: Get in the game

Goal: One member on every local committee where more than 25 members live.

The more members have a voice in the decision-making process, the more successful our advocacy will be.
|
Enabling members to take part in many levels of bicycle and pedestrian advocacy is an important goal. To do this, we need to pair members with committees or commissions that relate to their interests and concerns.

When members are excited about working with the Chicagoland Bicycle Federation, we can then connect them to their local committees and public meetings.

For those already active in decision-making, we we must work to engage them more directly in our programs, events and campaigns.
Our members are key resources for bridging the Chicagoland Bicycle Federation.
